Position Objectives

Assist the Project Manager and the project team with daily tasks and coordination activities. Help achieve project target for progress, quality and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Vendors and Contractors on a daily basis under the direction of the Project Manager.
  • Assist with overall implementation of projects tasks and work activities as required by Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with Network Design, Vendors and other involved groups to ensure all relevant documents are available.
  • Receive guidelines and instruction from project manager of department, director about required work
  • Follow up and coordinate project implementation issues and prepare status report as and when requested.
  • Gather comments and feedback from various departments and incorporate into appropriate documents.
  • Participate in project meetings, and take notes of agreed decisions and actions.
  • Coordinate work tasks across departments and sections as required for proper implementation of projects.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing project workflow control procedures and forms and project management documentations filling system.
  • Coordinate with O&M and District for field inspections and PAT activities.
  • Coordinate and follow-up work tasks with Contractors & Subcontractors.Assist in preparing project status reports, project presentations and other adhoc reports.
  • Ensure that results are compiled, documented and forwarded to various team members in required format, quantity and quality.
  • Represent the Project Manager in meeting with the vendors and Contractors.
  • Assist the Project Manager with the implementation’s activities like Installation, PAT, and handover to the O&M.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecom Engineering from reputed university.
  • Minimum of 8 years telecommunication experiences with at least 3 years in a PMO engaging with a large team.
  • Strong experience in OSP networks inspection, survey, audit and acceptance.
  • Good understanding of project management, network roll-out, project scheduling and reporting and technical and administrative quality management concepts.
  • Experienced of MS Office Tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word), plus Visio and Database
  • Good knowledge of reporting concepts, tools and templates
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to handle pressure and stress and flexible in working long hours.
