Position Objectives

The Senior Supervisor will be responsible to manage a large team of OSP Inspectors in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the OSP Inspection tasks performed by the OSP inspection teams.
  • Ensure all Inspection and Quality Audit work is performed according to agreed project procedures.
  • Ensure site reports from the Inspection and Quality Survey & Audit teams are accurate, complete and timely submitted.
  • Monitor performance of the quality inspection team, and initiate corrective actions as required to ensure timely and accurate execution of the work.
  • Review site reports, identify discrepancies, technical issues and other blocking issues, and escalate as necessary.
  • Verify progress and quality of work of the vendors and contractors against agreed specifications and plans, and report any deviations as per project process.
  • Verify the accuracy and quality for all documents and site reports submitted by the contractors
  • In coordination with contractors, vendors and client, prepare acceptance schedule and related documents
  • Represent the project team in client meetings as and when required
  • Prepare weekly Inspection and Quality Survey & Audit progress reports for the Regional Manager.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecom Engineering from reputed university.
  • Minimum of 8 years telecommunication experiences with at least 3 years in managing and supervising a large team of OSP Inspectors.
  • Strong experience in OSP networks inspection, survey, audit and acceptance.
  • Good understanding of project management, network roll-out, project scheduling and reporting and technical and administrative quality management concepts.
  • Experienced of MS Office Tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word), plus Visio and Database
  • Good knowledge of reporting concepts, tools and templates
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to handle pressure and stress and flexible in working long hours.
  • Must possess a valid car driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving experience.
