Position Objectives

The position will be responsible for various tasks in PMO office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Project Document Control System for the department
  • Perform all tasks defined and assigned by the Project Manager
  • Prepare regular as well as ad-hoc reports regarding invoices and related paper work
  • Input to Monthly/Bi-Weekly Report to assigned Manager
  • Participate in meetings concerning Document Control and reporting requirements
  • Process and control all project documentations in accordance with agreed processes and procedures
  • Identify and recommend system, hardware and applications that may be required from time to time for efficient running of the assigned activities
  • Identify and escalate invoicing, reporting and documentation discrepancies as early as possible to Project Control Manger
  • Handle and process all Engineering documentations in accordance with project processes
  • Archive (soft and hard copies) of all submitted documents for reference and safe keeping
  • Coordinate with all related departments to ensure system data integrity throughout the systems, with the Project manager and the Reporting engineer.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Associate degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with reports, reports writing and preparation.
  • Expert level MS Excel, Viso, Project and PowerPoint applications and related database application most commonly used for reporting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts
  • Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools
  • Background in OSP/FTTx is a must.
